Nest & Nurture is a doula and nanny collective led by Ariellyn Luna. This notice describes the website’s care inquiry, caregiver application, and free-guide request forms. For questions about your information, contact ariellyn.luna@icloud.com.

What you share

Care inquiry forms collect your name, email, optional phone and partner name, state, city, ZIP code, care preference, timeline, and contact preferences. Depending on your selected care, you may share an estimated due date, planned birth setting, children’s ages, schedule, care responsibilities, compensation budget, and benefit programs you want to discuss. Free-guide requests collect your name, email, and consent; we also record which guide you requested. Families may add matching preferences; caregiver applicants may add their professional background, training, experience, availability, rates, CPR status, languages, service area, an optional professional resume link, and optional résumé, credential, and supporting document uploads. Please do not include other people’s contact information without permission. A submission reference, consent record, and the referring page within this website accompany an inquiry. Please do not include medical records, insurance numbers, or sensitive health information.

How inquiries are handled

We use Netlify Forms to collect inquiries for review and follow-up by Ariellyn and authorized team members. Netlify processes these details on Nest & Nurture’s behalf. Sending an inquiry does not book care, guarantee a match, or subscribe you to marketing.

Scheduling and other websites

After your care inquiry or caregiver application is saved, Ariellyn’s HoneyBook booking page opens in a new tab so you can arrange a conversation. Your inquiry answers are not sent to HoneyBook automatically. Information you enter in HoneyBook is handled under its privacy practices. Scheduling an appointment is optional. Free-guide requests provide an on-page PDF download with no scheduling popup, redirect, or newsletter subscription.

Access, retention, and your choices

Information is intended for inquiry handling by Ariellyn and authorized service providers. It is not published on this website or sold through it. Uploaded documents are processed by Netlify and available to authorized reviewers through submission file links. Do not include sensitive identification or medical documents. You can request access, correction, or deletion by emailing Ariellyn; include your submission reference if you have it. Records are reviewed for ongoing business needs and applicable recordkeeping requirements; this website does not promise an automatic deletion schedule.

Technical information

Hosting and form services may process technical information for delivery, security, and spam prevention. This website does not use advertising trackers or a marketing mailing list. It emits limited on-page interaction events, such as form steps and care category, for future analytics integration. No external analytics collector is configured; these events exclude names, contact details, and free-text answers. Fonts and editorial images are served with the website.
