WHAT CARE CAN INCLUDE

Before, during, and just after.

Prenatal visits, on-call dates, backup coverage, and follow-up are confirmed in your individual agreement.

Before birth

Prenatal preparation, birth preferences, comfort measures, partner preparation, questions for your medical team, and planning for postpartum.

During birth

Emotional reassurance, movement and positioning within your care plan, breathing, relaxation, massage or counterpressure where appropriate, and support for your chosen birth partner.

Your voice, supported

Help organizing questions and communicating your preferences. Your doula supports your decisions and works alongside your licensed healthcare team.

The first moments

Comfort and a thoughtful early transition, including feeding encouragement within the individual professional’s scope.

YOUR PREFERENCES, RESPECTED

There is no one
right way to give birth.

Hospital or birth center. Epidural or unmedicated birth. Induction, VBAC, a planned cesarean, or a plan that changes. Discuss your chosen setting and the support available to you. Your doula complements your medical team; clinical decisions remain with you and your licensed providers.
