California has a Medi-Cal doula benefit. Eligibility, provider enrollment, and health-plan participation must be checked for your situation. Do not assume an agency match accepts a benefit. For insurance, employer benefits, or reimbursement accounts, ask the administrator about eligibility, documentation, and approval before booking.
